Short Term Rental Assistance
- Local contact for complaints against short term renters required in Summit County.
- Help owner/manager find and monitor local service providers.
- Fill in service gaps (change light bulbs, change smoke detector batteries, clean up grounds…)
- Respond to emergencies (locked out, leaks, power outages…)
- Return left items.
- Fix or remove damaged property.

Before
- Grocery shopping
- Turn on well and prime pipes
- Warm house (water heater, thermostats…)
- Turn up heat for hot tub

After
- Find and mail any belongings left behind
- Take equipment to be repaired and/or maintained (skis, snowboard, bikes…)
- Report any damages, fix them if I am able or find contractors that can
- Laundry (linens, towels…)
- Clean out refrigerator
- Trash removal and recycling
- Decrease temperature on hot tub
- Put away deck furniture
- Winterize house (shut off well pump, drain lines, lower or turn off water heater…)
- Make sure lights are off, temperature is lower and home is secure

Service Rates
Our rate is hourly, based on the time of day and service requested. There is a minimum of one hour and after the first hour, we bill in 30 minute increments. The client is responsible for any supply costs and to pay the contractor directly.
Standard hours 8 AM – 6 PM
Overtime hours 6 PM – 10 PM
Emergency hours 10 PM – 8 AM
